Kroll is hiring a Senior Associate for its Restructuring team in London. The role involves managing insolvency cases across administrations, liquidations, and personal insolvency appointments; advising clients in distressed situations; using the IPS case management system; visiting client premises; pursuing targets and preparing proposals; supervising junior staff; and drafting correspondence and information memoranda. Candidates need at least three years of insolvency experience, knowledge of the Insolvency Act and Rules, ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification or training, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
