Description
The Senior Associate, RFP Development leads Baxter’s Request for Proposal function by coordinating and completing customer-facing proposals, RFIs, vendor questionnaires, and related submissions. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Pricing, Contracting, Commercial Operations, and other stakeholders; manages proposal intake, timelines, workflows, content, templates, and process improvements; and supports continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, at least two years of related experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and workflow tools. Compensation is estimated at $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with an annual bonus and medical and dental coverage starting on day one.
