Iambic Therapeutics is hiring a Senior Associate Scientist for its Chemistry team in San Diego. The laboratory-based role focuses on designing, synthesizing, purifying, and characterizing chemical compounds; optimizing reactions; supporting high-throughput experimentation; analyzing biological and ADME-PK data; collaborating with computational and machine learning teams; and presenting results to project teams and senior leadership. Candidates need a BS in Chemistry with at least five years of pharma or biotech experience, or an MS in Chemistry with at least three years of such experience, along with expertise in organic synthesis, catalysis, medicinal chemistry, and drug discovery.
