GovTech Deutschland e.V. is hiring a Senior Associate, Security & Defense in Berlin to develop the organization’s security and defense strategy, manage relationships with ministries, authorities, startups, and other stakeholders, monitor technology trends, organize security events and briefings, and initiate and support product and platform projects for public-sector actors. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, 3–4 years of ecosystem-building experience, knowledge of AI, data, cloud, and platforms, strong organizational and communication skills, and excellent German and English proficiency.
