L3Harris is hiring a Senior Associate, Software Engineering to join its System Software group and architect mission-critical software infrastructure for defense systems. The role involves embedded real-time software development, cross-functional system design, software development life-cycle activities, testing, defect repair, and work across Windows, Linux, and embedded real-time operating systems. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field, 3–4 years of software development experience, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance. The position is onsite in Salt Lake City, Utah, on a 9/80 schedule.
