Description
The Requirements Engineer supports the elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, traceability, review, change management, and reporting of customer and system requirements. The role uses IBM DOORS to maintain requirements, links, baselines, and traceability matrices, and coordinates with engineers, developers, testers, and other stakeholders. A BCA, B.Sc., or equivalent degree in computer applications and 4–5 years of experience are required, along with hands-on IBM DOORS experience and requirements-management skills.
