Manifest OS is hiring a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations in New York to diagnose operational breakdowns, redesign workflows across legal intake, case production, quality, and internal operations, build lightweight tools and dashboards, track initiatives through adoption, analyze high-leverage opportunities, and coordinate across Legal, Product, Engineering, Data, and Client teams. The role requires 2–4 years of experience in operations, consulting, or an analytical generalist environment, strong data and communication skills, and proficiency with modern AI tools.
