Airwallex is hiring a Senior Associate, Global Expansion Strategy & Operations to support the CEO Office in taking new markets in the Americas from strategy through launch. The role develops market-entry strategies, evaluates regulatory and operating models, translates requirements into product scope, drives cross-functional launch readiness, supports executive decisions, and builds reusable expansion frameworks and lightweight AI-enabled tools. It requires 2–4 years of relevant strategy, operations, expansion, product strategy, or regulatory experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and comfort using AI tools.
