Enpal is hiring a Growth Operations Manager to analyze and optimize lower-funnel processes, identify cross-selling opportunities, track funnel and growth KPIs, improve lead reactivation, and support data-driven sales operations. The role requires at least two years of experience in management consulting, venture building, a startup environment, or a similar scaling-oriented setting, along with strong initiative, structured data-oriented thinking, and fluent German.
