The role combines desktop and software support, system updates, patching, hardening, network management, project coordination, and communication of technical risks to stakeholders. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Microsoft Windows and Office experience, knowledge of Windows or Linux, networking protocols, PowerShell, and security practices, plus a current active TS/SCI clearance with a full-scope polygraph.
