Spaulding Ridge is hiring a Talent Development Senior Associate to own and improve North American talent development programs, including consulting and technical enablement, leadership development, virtual and in-person learning, and the internship program. The role leads program design, facilitation, coordination, measurement, learning management system administration, content governance, and continuous improvement while partnering with global learning, people, practice, and business stakeholders. It requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and knowledge of instructional design, facilitation, and learning evaluation; the United States base salary range is $74,000–$102,000 USD, with possible discretionary bonus eligibility.
