Description

Baker Tilly is seeking a Cost Segregation, Senior Associate, Tax in Northern California to join their Federal Credits & Incentives practice. The successful candidate will help with project planning, conduct site inspections, analyze information, complete estimates, produce client deliverables, communicate project status, review junior members' work, present findings, develop client service templates, mentor junior team members, adhere to professional standards, and assist with practice development.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Three (3) years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications: CPA, EA, MAI, ASA, CMI, or PE designation. If not certified, must meet educational requirements to obtain license upon hire in state of employment.
Experience performing cost segregation studies or related construction duties such as estimating.
Experience with the federal rules and regulations governing tax depreciation.
Ability to mentor and train junior team members.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%.
