Lazard is hiring an experienced Associate for its Technology Investment Banking Group in New York. The role involves directing financial analyses, reviewing models, preparing client presentations, managing M&A and capital-raising transactions, engaging with senior clients and counterparties, overseeing due diligence and documentation, and coaching junior bankers. Candidates need 4–6 years of investment banking experience, preferably including M&A, meaningful technology-sector exposure across buy-side and sell-side transactions, strong quantitative, communication, client, presentation, leadership, and organizational skills, fluency with AI tools and prompt engineering, and a bachelor’s degree; an MBA or JD is an asset. The expected base salary is $225,000–$275,000 USD, with comprehensive benefits and possible incentive compensation.
