The Commercial Real Estate Loan Disbursement Specialist reviews, verifies, and processes disbursement requests for reserve accounts tied to commercial real estate loans. The role handles construction draw requests, invoice and lien-waiver verification, reserve balance and fund-allocation checks, budget and contract reconciliation, change-order review, documentation completeness, risk escalation, borrower guidance, reporting, and mentorship of junior team members. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related discipline, at least three years of loan servicing experience, reserve disbursement experience, mortgage and consumer lending knowledge, and strong Microsoft Office and communication skills.
