Description
Trimont is hiring a Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist to support commercial real estate loan servicing, including reviewing disbursement requests, processing and approving waterfall and trigger transactions, setting up, managing, and closing cash management accounts, reconciling funds, disbursing operating expenses, and distributing remaining funds in accordance with governing agreements. The role also includes quality reviews, training junior team members, identifying risks and controls, executing automation projects, participating in application testing, and managing processes in the absence of FLM. The position requires at least three years of experience in commercial real estate servicing, money movement, domestic or international disbursements/payments, or cashiering, along with strong communication, organizational, risk-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
