Enpal is hiring an Onboarding Specialist to support new blue-collar employees from offer acceptance through academy start. The role coordinates onboarding logistics across the academy, trainers, fleet, warehouse, IT, travel, branches, and recruiting; prepares hardware and software; maintains master data; and tracks permits and parallel processes. The position requires a relevant degree, at least five years of professional experience, strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills, and German and English communication ability. It is based in Berlin-Friedrichshain and uses a hybrid working model.
