Enpal is hiring a Process Optimization Manager to analyze and improve operational workflows, conduct root-cause analyses, manage end-to-end process and project optimizations, establish KPIs and dashboards, coordinate across functions, translate requirements between Operations, Product, Technology, and Sales, and prepare structured topics for stakeholders and senior management. The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience in dynamic environments, strong analytical and communication skills, cross-functional project experience, and fluency in German and English. The position is based in Berlin-Friedrichshain.
