Astera Labs is hiring a Senior ATE Test Engineer to develop and oversee ATE test solutions for complex mixed-signal silicon SoC products. The role covers SoC test strategy, ATE program implementation, test-platform and hardware selection, wafer-sort and final-test development, DFT and SerDes production testing, ATE programming, silicon and bench-ATE bring-up, correlation, and debug. Candidates need an electrical engineering background, at least two years of experience releasing complex SoC products to high-volume manufacturing, and expertise with high-speed protocols, ATE platforms, and modern programming languages. The salary range is $135,500 to $170,000, with possible discretionary bonuses, incentives, and benefits.
