The role involves leading administrative hearings, representing clients in legal proceedings, engaging in policy advocacy, supervising junior staff, and collaborating with other organizations to advance the rights of children and youth with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree, significant legal experience in disability-related matters, and a demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion.
