Diversified is hiring a Senior Audio-Visual Support Services Engineer to provide onsite enterprise AV support and project commissioning across multiple campuses. The role focuses on troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, break-fix repair, executive meeting support, and coordination with clients, programmers, and project stakeholders for complex conference room, video, audio, and control systems. Candidates should have at least 5 years of enterprise AV support experience, strong knowledge of Crestron, video conferencing, AV signal flow, and related tools such as AutoCAD/Visio, and be able to work onsite Monday through Friday with overtime as needed.
