Baker Tilly is seeking an audit professional to lead statutory annual and group financial statement audits under HGB and IFRS, analyze business models and risks, advise clients on accounting and IFRS matters, support due diligence and transactions, develop junior team members, and use modern audit tools, data analytics, and AI. The role offers a direct path to the Manager level, support toward the WP auditor exam, national and international mandates, early leadership and project responsibility, flexible working models, and strong development prospects. Applicants need a degree in business administration or economics or a comparable qualification, relevant audit experience, knowledge of HGB and ideally IFRS, analytical and entrepreneurial skills, client-facing ability, and very good German and good English skills.
