Lanco Integrated is hiring a full-time, experienced Senior Automation Controls Engineer in Westbrook, Maine. The role owns controls programming and commissioning for custom automated assembly and test systems, including PLC ladder logic, HMI development, robots, vision systems, motion control, industrial networks, safety circuits, and electrical systems. Responsibilities span system integration, troubleshooting, customer acceptance testing, documentation, technician mentoring, continuous improvement, and compensated travel to customer sites. The position requires at least five years of hands-on controls or industrial automation experience and an associate degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred. It is fully onsite and offers $80,000-$100,000 annually, overtime eligibility, and benefits including health, dental, life insurance, and an ESOP.
