The role involves mentoring engineers, leading equipment concept development, laying out electrical control panels, architecting and debugging PLC ladder logic, managing electrical cabinet builds, integrating with MES, introducing automated machines into production, and performing technical leadership on projects. This position requires strong technical expertise in PLC applications, HMI/GUI layouts, field bus networks, safety systems, vision systems, and robotics integration.
