Description
Lucid is hiring a Senior Automation Engineer – Access Controls to lead automation strategies for electric vehicle access-control features such as Digital Key, NFC, BLE, Key Fob, Passive Entry, Diagnostics, and OTA. The role will develop Python, CAPL, and CANoe-based regression test suites; maintain HIL, vehicle, and connected test environments; create automated reporting and dashboards; lead test planning and failure analysis; and mentor validation engineers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, at least seven years of automotive test automation or validation experience, and expertise in Python, CAPL, CANoe, CAN/CAN-FD, UDS, NFC, BLE, and automotive Ethernet.
