Description

Ciklum is hiring a Senior Automation QA JavaScript Engineer full-time in India to own quality engineering and end-to-end automated testing for an enterprise Agent Development Platform. The role covers frontend and backend automation, Temporal workflow reliability and failure injection, multi-tenant isolation, sandbox and egress security, statistical and semantic testing of LLM behavior, adversarial prompt-injection testing, HITL authorization flows, performance and concurrency NFR validation, observability assertions, CI/CD release gates, synthetic-data pipelines, auditable evidence, and mentoring QA engineers.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 8 years of test automation and API testing experience, including building reusable test frameworks.
Experience testing LLM-powered or other non-deterministic systems using statistical assertions, semantic scoring, and model-variance management.
Experience testing asynchronous, event-driven systems, including failure injection, idempotency verification, and eventual-consistency assertions.
Strong Playwright and TypeScript proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications: k6 or Locust performance/load testing experience.
Multi-tenant SaaS isolation testing.
Experience with LLM evaluation and observability tools such as Langfuse, LangSmith, Promptfoo, DeepEval, or Arize Phoenix.
SOC 2/GDPR evidence or accessibility testing experience.
Commercial real estate workflow or document-extraction experience.
Experience using LLMs to generate test cases, adversarial payloads, or synthetic documents.
qTest experience.
