tem is hiring a Senior Automation Specialist to automate operational workflows outside Product and Engineering. The role partners with Engine Leads to map manual processes into reliable AI-first automations, build reasoning layers and agents using Claude, Codex, n8n, APIs, webhooks, TypeScript, GitHub, AWS, S3, and GitHub Actions, and own delivery from discovery through production monitoring and iteration. The position requires 3–5 years of automation experience, a demonstrable record of replacing manual work with code, strong API and low-code automation experience, agent-building and testing skills, systems thinking, and collaboration with nontechnical domain experts.
