Description
Shield AI is hiring a senior autonomy engineer to lead the technical delivery of complex autonomy capabilities for launched-effects platforms, including platform integration, fleet operations, operational deployment, architecture, standards, debugging, and mission support. The role requires a relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience, typically 10+ years of relevant experience, expert C++ and Linux systems development, technical strategy experience, complex systems integration expertise, senior-engineering mentorship, and the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance. The position is full-time, includes travel of 10–20%, and offers pay, bonus, benefits, and equity.
