Description
Venus Aerospace is seeking a Senior Avionics Engineer to lead the design, integration, and validation of avionics systems for advanced aerospace platforms. The role involves leading the architecture, design, and selection of avionics hardware, developing and maintaining hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test environments, owning battery sizing and power system analysis, and collaborating with external vendors. The engineer will also support system integration, ground testing, and flight testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure designs meet aerospace standards. Mentorship of junior engineers and collaboration with various engineering disciplines are also key responsibilities.
