Resmed is seeking a Senior AWS Engineer to join their Digital Health business. This hybrid role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and reliable backend software applications within an AWS environment. The engineer will own complex features, collaborate with various teams, participate in architectural discussions, and drive continuous improvement in development processes. They will leverage AI-powered engineering tools and mentor junior engineers.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience building and operating cloud services within AWS environments.
Experience using infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Experience designing backend capabilities including APIs, secure storage solutions, analytics services, and workflow integrations.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication and authorization mechanisms, and microservices architecture.
Experience working with event-driven architectures and messaging technologies such as SQS and SNS.
Experience with both NoSQL and relational database technologies, including practical data modelling approaches.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and monitoring or logging platforms.
Experience improving software reliability through observability, performance analysis, incident investigation, or security remediation.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Git.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting CRM or Salesforce-related workflows.
Experience contributing to analytics and reporting capabilities.
Interest in applying AI-powered tools to modern software engineering practices.
