The role combines technical support for Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, client onboarding and project delivery, ticket and escalation management, documentation, and team leadership. It requires Windows, Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Defender, Sentinel, Virtual Desktop, Lighthouse, GDAP, and Fabric technologies, along with strong communication, project management, and troubleshooting skills. The position starts at INR 55 LPA and requires candidates to have a fixed home internet connection, a compatible mobile device, and a mobile data plan.
