The Senior Back-End Developer will design and support scalable, secure, and resilient platforms for critical business applications in New York, New York, with onsite presence. Responsibilities include developing production services and APIs, designing cloud solutions, mentoring developers, supporting production incidents, and leading technical design reviews and performance tuning. The role requires eight years of software engineering or cloud architecture experience, production application experience, incident management knowledge, observability and secure coding expertise, and infrastructure-as-code and relational database experience. Core technologies include Java, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, AWS, Docker, Terraform, and REST APIs.
