AppWork is hiring a Senior Back-End Tech Lead to build and deliver technology for its PropTech maintenance platform. The role is hands-on, involving coding, architecture, solving complex problems, mentoring engineers, improving engineering processes, and collaborating with Product, Design, and Customer Success. It reports to the VP R&D, requires a hybrid work arrangement with in-office collaboration, and seeks a candidate with extensive software development and engineering leadership experience, strong backend technology expertise, and experience scaling R&D teams in fast-moving startups.
