Description
Moonshot is hiring a Senior Backend & Platform Engineer to own identity and access, funds movement and ledgering, and blockchain infrastructure for its on-chain cryptocurrency trading platform. The role involves designing and operating secure, highly reliable distributed systems; managing authentication, authorization, key management, transfers, payments, ledgering, risk controls, node and RPC infrastructure, transaction submission, indexing, and observability; leading cross-functional technical projects; and mentoring engineers. The position is full-time, preferably based in New York City with periodic in-person sprints, and is open to remote candidates within the United States and Canada.
