Description
Xensam is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Rust. The role involves building reliable and secure systems, contributing to architecture and technical direction, improving observability and maintainability, resolving complex technical challenges, writing tests, participating in code reviews, and mentoring other engineers. The position requires extensive backend development experience, strong Rust and distributed-systems expertise, SQL and relational-database experience, and fluent English; cloud, PostgreSQL, SaaS, and frontend experience are bonuses. The arrangement is three days in-office with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
