Blip is hiring a Senior Backend Developer (Java) to work on the full lifecycle of backend applications for its sports entertainment and iGaming platforms. The role involves guiding a team on large-scale work, designing and developing technical solutions, improving tooling and processes, writing testable and efficient code, and mentoring junior developers. The position requires at least five years of Java experience, preferably with Java 8+, along with experience in high-concurrency, highly available platforms, client-server protocols, and design patterns, plus strong communication in Portuguese and English.
