The Backend Developer will develop performant, scalable PHP backend solutions, contribute to architecture and technology decisions, and support solutions from development through production using an agile, cross-functional team and DevOps approach. The role requires several years of modern PHP experience, particularly with PHP 8 and Symfony, along with distributed-systems, Docker, REST, CI/CD, testing, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure experience. The position is based in Cologne, offers a home-office option, and invites candidates to schedule a trial drive.
