OneRail is hiring a Senior Backend Developer (Node.js) to build, optimize, and maintain backend services and APIs for its logistics and delivery orchestration platform. The role focuses on data interchange with third-party services, internal microservices, databases, cloud infrastructure, containerization, CI/CD, security, performance, testing, and collaboration with product and frontend teams. The position is based in Kraków, Poland, with a preferred hybrid arrangement of 2–3 days per week from the office, and offers a regular salary of 18,000–22,000 PLN per month or a senior salary of 20,000–28,000 PLN per month.
