Systematic is hiring a Senior Backend Developer for its Platform team in Aarhus, Denmark. The role focuses on backend and infrastructure software for the SitaWare Insight defence decision-support product, including integrating software components, leading features, building deployment infrastructure and automated test frameworks, designing for scalability, monitoring performance, implementing security measures, and supporting installations and deployments. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, at least five years of backend software development or engineering experience, and experience with Java, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices; knowledge of Spring Boot, Istio, Helm, Kafka, Cassandra, cloud, databases, monitoring, Linux, scripting, and development tools is beneficial. Security clearance conditions include a clean criminal record and seven years of residence in a NATO or European Union country.
