Description
Sway Sourcing is seeking a Senior Backend Developer focused on Python and DevOps to build scalable backend solutions, maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure, and work with Infrastructure as Code, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices. The role involves developing new digital products, solving complex technical challenges, collaborating with technical and business stakeholders, and exploring AI-based tools. It requires approximately 5–7 years of backend or fullstack experience, strong Python skills, experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and containerization, along with fluent Swedish and English. The position is full-time, hybrid/on-site, and based in Stockholm with an immediate start.
