The role owns the full software development lifecycle, contributes to architecture and technical strategy, explores AI-assisted or agentic software development, collaborates cross-functionally, and mentors engineers. It requires 7+ years of backend experience plus expertise in RESTful APIs, service-oriented and distributed systems, production databases, AWS, containerization, CI/CD, and software architecture.
