ImagineArt is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer / Architect for a fully remote, full-time role. The position owns the architecture and implementation of high-throughput, asynchronous generation pipelines, inference orchestration, media processing, job queuing, worker coordination, retries, backpressure, and failure handling. The role also involves improving infrastructure performance and cost, setting technical direction, and mentoring the engineering team. Candidates need strong backend experience with production systems at scale, system design skills, and hands-on experience with asynchronous pipelines and distributed workers; Go, AI infrastructure, GPU workloads, media processing, and open-source contributions are preferred.
