Feathery is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and scale backend services for its document intelligence and workflow platform. The role focuses on distributed systems, asynchronous pipelines, AWS infrastructure, data processing, API development, reliability, observability, and performance optimization. It also includes technical leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration with product and customer teams. The position requires 4–7+ years of backend systems experience, proficiency with frameworks such as Node.js or Django, and experience with AWS, distributed systems, and production-grade APIs.
