The role involves architecting scalable infrastructure for large security data streams, making high-impact technical decisions, collaborating with AI and security researchers, shipping features through production and monitoring, and helping establish engineering standards. Candidates need at least five years of backend engineering experience in Go, Python, C++, or a similar language, distributed-systems and cloud-platform experience, and strong data-structure, algorithm, and system-design fundamentals.
