Description
Gong is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer for its AI Framework team to build the foundational platform enabling the organization to design, evaluate, deploy, and operate AI agents at scale. The role owns agentic framework architecture, evaluation and quality systems, observability, monitoring, guardrails, developer enablement platforms, cross-language integrations, and an agent runtime and execution engine. Candidates need 7+ years of backend engineering experience, strong system design and platform-building expertise, production experience with agentic systems, Python and Java proficiency, and experience with cloud platforms and scalable microservices. The position operates in a flexible hybrid work model.
