Gong is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to design and implement scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs, own major product initiatives from design through delivery, and establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, and CI/CD. The role requires strong Java expertise, at least seven years of large-scale backend development experience, mentoring experience, cloud and microservices experience, and the ability to resolve complex technical issues. The position operates in a hybrid model with three office days per week and requires eligibility to work in Ireland.
