Grab is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer in Vietnam to build and improve internal agent-facing platforms serving passengers, drivers, and merchants. The role focuses on Go-based distributed systems, scalability, performance, reliability, production incident response, and technical mentorship. It requires a relevant degree, at least five years of software engineering experience in distributed systems, strong computer science fundamentals, English communication, and willingness to work on Go. The position is on-site in Vietnam and reports to an Engineering Manager in Singapore.
