The role focuses on improving platform architecture, building robust and scalable features, conducting code reviews, defining technical requirements, and collaborating with frontend, product, DevOps, and platform teams. Candidates should have at least five years of backend development experience, experience with a strongly typed language or TypeScript, RDBMS, unit and integration testing, and message brokers. The position follows a hybrid policy with 104 remote days per year after probation and includes relocation support.
