Description
Judgment Labs is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to own production-scale systems that ingest, structure, evaluate, and serve agent experience data. The role covers high-throughput telemetry ingestion, ClickHouse OLAP, RabbitMQ and Temporal workflows, multi-tenant scheduling, APIs, data modeling, LLM evaluation, and customer-facing features. The engineer will work across backend, data, product, and infrastructure, debug production systems, and collaborate with customers on agent learning infrastructure. The position is full-time and on-site in San Francisco.
