Lemonade is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to build and scale its machine learning platform and AI agents. The role involves designing cloud-native microservices on Kubernetes, automating model deployment with infrastructure-as-code, managing the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, selecting appropriate technologies, and improving reliability, scalability, and performance. The engineer will collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams and work in an office environment most days of the week.
