The role involves architecting features, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating across functions. It requires JVM-based software development with Spring Boot, microservice architecture knowledge, relational and non-relational database experience, and modern cloud architecture skills, with Kotlin and AWS preferred.
